MSK Awarded VA Long Term Health Care Facility Reconstruction, $8 Million value

Things are busy over here at MSK!

We are very excited to be awarded the Long Term Health Care Facility Reconstruction, an $8 Million project in Salisbury, North Carolina. We appreciate the vote of confidence from the Department of Veterans Affairs for the MSK team.

Thank you, thank you and more thanks to all of the subcontractors who provided us with competitive bids and we look forward to working with all of you on this job, and on future projects. Our staff is in place and ready to get into action. Paul “Sonny” Marshall will act as Project Manager, Shane Lamb will be the Superintendent, Kelsey Graddon is acting Project Engineer and Keleigh Marshall will serve as Project Administrator. Mike Williams, our company president and owner, will be providing team guidance as well serving as our Safety expert! He has years of training and certifications that will serve MSK and all involved parties in the months to come. Mike also handles the bulk of the estimating in the office. He will be on site regularly guiding the MSK team.

MSK is up for this challenge, equipped with over 40+ years of general contracting experience. MSK’s motto, as the Seabees would say, “Can Do”, is the cornerstone of our mission statement and code of conduct. This uncompromising focus on holding ourselves to the highest standards of business ethics is what makes MSK Construction Inc. confident in our ability to tackle this job. We look forward to extending our Can Do attitude to any obstacles that may arise and in our interactions with suppliers, subcontractors and the VA.

We look forward to a successful completion of the job and many more to come!

Mike Williams
