MSK Breaks Ground on New College of Charleston Project

MSK Breaks Ground on New College of Charleston Project

As of May 2017 MSK has officially broken ground on what we are confident will be another successful project for the College of Charleston. The City Bistro project consists of a complete renovation of 3 outdoor areas surrounding the dining hall located at 80 St. Phillip Street, Charleston, South Carolina. Work includes a new canopy for the existing building, new patio with surrounding planter walls, the repaving of existing plant beds with new pervious pavers, concrete work, ramps, stairs, plant materials, and outdoor furniture for a new and improved exterior dining area. The total square footage for this project equates to 9,650SF.

We are please to be working with another local entity on the project, Red Iron Architects of Charleston.
