Project Description

The work on this historical building dubbed, “The Skyscraper of Charleston” began in December 2014. The project included extensive scaffolding efforts which allowed for the exterior maintenance & repair work. The work included repairing cracks in masonry, granite and grout, refinishing handrails and paint as well as restoring the windows. MSK worked closely with the various deparmtnet of the City of Charleston to secure the permitting and seal of approval to polish up this Charleston Landmark.
